Our Ground Sleeve Fiberglass Flagpole Flash Collars measure 14" in diameter and 4" in height. When choosing your required size, please be sure to select the correct option as the incorrect option will either be too large or too small for your fiberglass flagpole. Providing a polished look, this flash collar will complete your flagpole display giving a classic, seamless presentation. Made of a durable yet lightweight polymer material, this weather-resistant polyethylene collar will provide protection for the base of your flagpole and the ground beneath it.
