FAQs Regarding Full Bleed Personalized Pop-Up Tents

Before you can get started on your artwork, please make sure your custom artwork is a vector file. Vector files are normally saved as .ai, .eps, .pdf, or .svg. Our graphic designers can assist you if your artwork does not meet our requirements for a one-time fee starting at $40.

Once your artwork is uploaded in the correct format, please allow at least 4–5 business days for our design services team to return your initial proof. You will coordinate with our in-house team until you are satisfied with the artwork. After you approve your custom tent's design, please allow 6–8 weeks for us to print, produce, and ship your product. Please check out our FAQ page for more information on our custom products.

To create your display, set your tent to your desired height using the frame’s adjustable telescopic legs and raise and lower the crank lift to adjust the roof.
