Shipping Information 

The Basics

• Free shipping on orders over $100 (contiguous U.S.) 

• Typical delivery: 3–10 business days 

• Expedited options available at checkout (2-Day, Next Day Air) 

• Order by 3:00 PM EST (Mon–Fri) and in-stock items ship the same day 

• All orders ship out of our warehouse in North Carolina. See chart above for estimated delivery times. 

Exceptions 

Free shipping does not apply to: 

• Oversized items (over 60” long or more than 50 lbs.) 

• Commercial flagpoles and freight shipments 

• Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, APO/FPO addresses 

• International orders 

Shipping costs for these items are calculated at checkout based on size, weight, and destination. Some made-to-order items may ship separately and take longer to arrive. 

Commercial Flagpoles 

Commercial flagpoles ship via motor freight. Please make sure your delivery location has a loading dock—if a liftgate is needed, additional carrier fees may apply. 

Freight shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on pole size and delivery location. 

International Orders 

We ship internationally, but free shipping does not apply. You'll be responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees required by your country.
