All Freedom and Glory commercial-grade flagpoles are shipped via motor freight (LTL) due to their size and weight. This method ensures safe and secure delivery. Residential flagpoles are the exception and are typically shipped via UPS or FedEx.

We continuously search for the best freight rates to reduce shipping costs without compromising safety. Choosing a two-piece flagpole, such as the 35' Majestic™, can lower shipping costs significantly while maintaining the same strength and durability as a one-piece model. Engineering tests and real-world applications support this.

We recommend that you review our Flagpole Delivery and Installation Guide before placing your order to ensure that you can deliver and set up smoothly.

Please remove the flagpole from the corrugated shipping material as soon as delivery. Please do not leave it wrapped, especially in damp or humid conditions, as moisture can stain the aluminum permanently.

Please carefully examine the entire pole for dents, scratches, or shipping damage. If you find any issues, refuse the delivery and contact us immediately so we can assist you with a replacement.

Installation should follow the instructions in our Majestic™ Commercial-Grade Flagpole Instructions. This document includes directions for creating the concrete foundation, inserting the sleeve, assembling pole sections, and raising the flagpole. Review it thoroughly before installation for best results.

We recommend a 5' x 8' nylon flag for a 35' flagpole. This size ensures optimal visual balance and performance, especially in areas with moderate wind.
