1. ORDERING & ACCOUNT

How does ordering a custom product work?

    1. Send us your artwork. Any file type works: a photo, a PDF, or a logo from your website.

    2. Our team turns your design into a print-ready file. If we need to build it from scratch, there may be a one-time art fee.

    3. You’ll get a proof before anything goes to print. Check the colors, the layout, all the details. Nothing moves forward until you say so.

    4. Once you approve, we get to work. Depending on the product, allow anywhere from 2 to 8 weeks from approval to delivery.

Good to know: custom products are billed upon shipment and can’t be returned or cancelled once production starts.

How do I request a quote?

Create an account on our website, search for the product you're considering, and select “Add to Quote” instead of “Add to Cart.” Once you've added everything you need, go to our Request a Quote page and hit “submit quote request.” We'll have a quote back to you within one business day.

What payment methods do you accept?

Online, we take Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and PayPal.

Paying by purchase order or check? Email it to customercare@freedomandglory.com. You can also set up terms through our Contact Us page.

How do discounts and promo codes work?

The best way to stay in the loop is to subscribe to our email newsletter at freedomandglory.com/subscribe. We also share promotions on our homepage.

One thing to know: new customers and first-time email subscribers will receive 10% off their first purchase. It'll come straight to your inbox after you register. Promo codes from third-party coupon sites usually aren’t valid on our site.

Is it safe to order on FreedomAndGlory.com?

Our site is PCI-compliant and fully encrypted, so your information is protected from start to finish. You can read our full privacy policy on our website.

Can I see what I ordered last time?

Log in to your account and head to My Orders. Your full history is right there. If you’ve placed orders by phone and don’t see them online, give our Flag Pros a call at 800-628-3524 and they’ll pull it up for you.

I forgot my username or password — what do I do?

Happens to the best of us. Your username is the email address you signed up with. For your password, just click “Forgot Your Password” on the login page and we’ll send a reset link. (Check your spam folder if you don’t see it.)

How do I request a free catalog?

Click the free catalog link in the footer of our website and we’ll mail one to you. Want it right now? You can download a PDF version from the same spot.

 

2. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Where is my order?

Head to freedomandglory.com/orders to check your status. No login needed.

Orders sometimes ship in multiple packages from different locations, so the rest of your items may still be on their way. Tracking might not be available for certain orders. If something feels off, call us at 800-628-3524 and we’ll look into it.

Can I modify or cancel my order?

We ship fast, so call our Flag Pros at 800-628-3524 as soon as you can and we’ll do everything we can to catch it before it goes out. If it’s already on its way, we’ll work with you to find a good solution.

Do you offer free shipping?

On most orders over $100, yes. Need it faster? We’ve got expedited options too. Check out our Shipping page for delivery times and details.

 

3. RETURNS, WARRANTY & REPLACEMENTS

What is your return policy?

If something isn’t what you expected, we want to make it right. Head to our Return Policy page for the full details, or call our Flag Pros at 800-628-3524 and they’ll walk you through it.

Do your products include a warranty or guarantee?

Our flags come with a one-year warranty covering manufacturing defects, fading, and tearing — because we stand behind what we make. All the details are on our Warranty page.

 

4. PRODUCTS & COMPATIBILITY

How do I choose the right flag?

It depends on where it’ll fly and what it’ll face—weather, location, how you’re displaying it. All of that matters, and the right choice can mean the difference between a flag that lasts a season and one that holds up for years. Our Flag Buying Guide walks you through the key decisions.

Do your flags run true to size?

Close. Our flags are assembled by hand, so sizes can vary by up to five percent, which is normal.

Where are your flags made?

Every U.S. flag we sell has always been made in America. Now, it's true for every flag we carry.

How long will my flag last? Can I wash it?

A lot depends on weather, location, and how you care for it, but with some attention your flag can fly strong for a year or more. And yes, you can wash it.

Do you retire flags?

Yes — and we believe every flag deserves a proper send-off. Our Stars & Stripes Swap Program makes it easy to retire your flag with the dignity it’s earned.

 

5. GOVERNMENT, SCHOOLS & BULK BUYERS

How do I submit a Purchase Order?

Email it to customercare@freedomandglory.com and our team will take it from there. Need to set up terms first? You can do that through our Contact Us page, or call our Flag Pros at 800-628-3524.

How does sales tax and tax exemption work?

We collect sales tax where state law requires it. If your organization is tax-exempt (schools, government agencies, and the like), just check the tax-exempt box during checkout and upload your certificate. We’ll handle the rest.

Already have an account? You can update your exemption status anytime under Account Information. If any of this feels confusing, call us at 800-628-3524—we walk people through this every day.

We offer quantity pricing on many products, and we have a team of account specialists who work with organizations on their long-term purchasing needs.
