The Republic® printed American flag is made of a 70% polyester / 30% cotton blended fabric. This makes it look and feel like a traditional cotton flag. This lightweight flag elegantly waves in the faintest breeze and is ideal for showing off Old Glory temporarily. It is finished with a canvas heading and brass grommets, which allow the flag to be securely fastened to a flagpole.

High-Quality Appearance and a Variety of Home Display Options

This flag's printed stars and stripes create a visually appealing display. Attach it to a wall mount or 20’ flagpole for the perfect demonstration of American pride. Because the stars and stripes are printed, they will not fray. However, the colors may bleed when exposed to the elements.

Note that this printed US flag has a tag attached to the blue star field. Customers who wish to remove the tag may cut it off with scissors.

What’s the Difference Between a Printed and Sewn US Flag?

The main difference between the two flags is the manufacturing process. Printed American flags are made of fabric dyed with the American flag pattern. With sewn US flags, the manufacturer sews together fabric stripes to form the stripes and then uses embroidery to create the stars. While both flags create gorgeous displays, we only recommend sewn flags for long-term outdoor use.
