Due to the Supreme Court ruling from Wayfair v. South Dakota, Freedom and Glory now collects sales tax when it is required by the state.
There are instances where your entity (i.e. Federal and/or State Institutions) may be eligible for state sales tax exemption. If you are exempt, please send a completed Sales and Use Tax Exemption Certificate and include the institution name, exemption number, address and phone number any of the following ways:

- You can upload your completed Certificate of Exemption form when you fill out our online form
