Our One-Year Warranty

We stand behind every flag we sell. If something's not right, we'll make it right. 

Each flag is covered by a one-year warranty against manufacturing defects, including abnormal fading or tearing. If a covered issue occurs, we'll replace your flag at no cost to you—including shipping.  




What's Covered 

Our warranty covers manufacturing defects, fading, and tearing for one year from your purchase date. This applies to all flags we sell, with a few exceptions listed below. 

The warranty covers the flag only. For kits or bundles, hardware and accessories are not included. You're entitled to one replacement per flag during the warranty period, and a replacement does not restart or extend the original warranty. 

What's Not Covered 

The warranty does not cover: 

  • Cemetery flags, handheld flags, and car flags 
  • Damage from weather events (storms, hurricanes, high winds, ice, etc.) 
  • Damage from contact with buildings, trees, branches, or other objects 
  • Theft 
  • Improper installation or care 

Tip: Taking your flag down during severe weather goes a long way toward keeping it flying longer. 

Taking Care of Your Flag 

A little care goes a long way. Here's how to keep your flag flying strong: 

  • Take your flag down during severe weather, including high winds, storms, and ice. 
  • For outdoor nylon or polyester flags, hand wash in cold water with mild detergent, or use the delicate cycle. Never put your flag in a dryer. Air dry flat or on a clothesline in the shade, and make sure it's completely dry before storing. 
  • For cotton or wool flags, dry cleaning is recommended. 
  • Inspect your flag regularly for signs of wear, especially along the edges.

How to File a Claim 

We hope you never need to use this warranty—but if you do, we're here to help. To start a claim:

Please have your order number and proof of purchase ready. We may ask for photos of the flag and details about where it's been flying so we can better understand what happened. 

The Fine Print 

This warranty is valid for the original purchaser only and is non-transferable. If your original flag is no longer available, we'll provide a comparable replacement. Replacement shipping is on us.
