Shipping Details
Our American-made 25 ft. hinged-base fiberglass flagpoles are shipped via motor freight to ensure safe delivery. For destinations in the continental U.S., most orders arrive within 2–3 weeks.
Once your order is placed, you’ll receive complete delivery instructions to help you prepare for arrival.
Upon Delivery:
- Carefully inspect the flagpole and all accessories. Please look for scratches, dents, or other visible damage.
- If you find damage, do not accept the delivery. Please refund the shipment and contact our Flag Pros as soon as possible for help.
- Unpack the flagpole promptly. Please don't store it in its original cardboard packaging, which can leave permanent marks.
